The Chapel Book Nook is a bookstore that provides a resource for Christians to find books that are sound in teaching and yet useable to all believers. The books that you will find in the store generally fall under six categories. There are approximately 300 titles to encourage you in your walk with the Lord. All the products are sold at the price we buy them for.
There are several Bible translations represented including the NASB (New American Standard Bible), ESV (English Standard Version), KJV (King James Version). Study Bibles are also available in those translations.
There are many excellent resources that can aid in helping Christians to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with family, friends and neighbors.
Books in this category are written by respected authors such as Jerry Bridges, Stuart Scott, John MacArthur, J.I. Packer, and Elizabeth Elliot. TRUSTING GOD: Even When Life Hurts is an example of a book written to help the Christian see God’s hand directing us in the mystery of divine providence.
There are approximately 75 resources that address many of the trials and difficulties confronting people today. Areas of focus include dealing with doubts, family struggles, sicknesses such as cancer, the death of a loved one, and facing death.
We have picked books from some of the finest Christian authors that address current moral and cultural questions confronting our families and the nation. Books from David Jeremiah, Albert Mohler, Os Guinness, and John MacArthur will challenge and encourage you to see life in light of God’s Word.
There are numerous volumes that present the Christian teaching on such fundamental doctrines as creation, the Christian perspective on forgiveness of sins, the proper view of who Jesus is and what He accomplished upon the cross 2000 years ago. There are also a number of important volumes that clearly affirm the belief in the “Second Coming of Jesus Christ”.
